Healthy Cinnamon Banana Walnut Bread

I have never been a baker but there is something so good and satisfying about a moist slice of banana bread! When I was little I use to be obsessed with the show Suite Life of Zack & Cody and loved the character London Tipton. I don’t know why but while I was making this I kept thinking about the one episode about how she goes off about how much she loves banana nut bread (“they’re soft from the banana, yet crunchy from the nuts!”) Haha well….. that is exactly how I feel about this healthified banana walnut bread! It is a simple recipe with clean ingredients! Hope you all love this bread as much as London Tipton would!

Ingredients:

1 3/4 c Almond Flour

1 c Mashed Ripe Bananas

1/3 c Melted Coconut Oil

1/4 c Almond Milk

1/2 c Raw Honey

2 Eggs

1 tsp Baking Soda (NOT powder)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp Sea Salt

1/2 c crushed walnuts

cinnamon sprinkle

Steps:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon & top with some left over walnuts! Bake for 55mins!

Such a yummy snack! I topped it with some almond butter (pro tip: whole foods let’s you churn your own so it’s FRESH!)
