Ok you guys… I hate baking but this choc chip banana bread is a GAME CHANGER!! I also hate the word moist but this seriously comes out suuuper yummy and moist. Such a great on the go breakfast or even a sweet treat throughout the day π
Ingredients:
DRY:
1 3/4 c Almond Flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Baking Soda (NOT powder)
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 c Chocolate Chips
WET:
1 1/3 c Mashed Ripe Bananas
1/2 c Melted Coconut Oil
1/2 c Raw Honey/Maple Syrup
2 Eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional:Β one scoop FurtherFood Collagen Peptides (super great for some extra protein, zero added sugarΒ π)
Steps:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl, stir well, then add wet ingredients!
Bake for 40-50mins!
