So I was really interested in making my own homemade granola because I hate how much sugar is in all the store bought ones! So here you have it loves! The best (EASY) homemade granola recipe! Also please set a timer, I was trying to be cool the first time I made this and burnt the whole batch LOL (no shame in my game!). So aside from the timer mishap I promise you canโt mess this one up!
Ingredients:
3c Rolled Oats
1/4 c melted coconut oil
1/3 c raw honey or maple syrup
Optional: cinnamon, dried fruit, chocolate chips, flaxseed
Steps:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Combine ingredients in large mixing bowl and stir well!
Spread granola on baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 mins. Flip halfway through so it cooks evenly!
Let cool for 10 minutes or until crunchy!
**Good for 2wks in an airtight container. Enjoy!
