Little Fish🐠🐡🐟
My favorite hobby is definitely going out to eat and trying new places. Also, to get some inspo of how I can make homemade dinners a little more creative!✨ Aidan and I love trying different tasting menus. I feel like 1. it’s always worth it 2. you get a feel for everything a restaurant has to offer 3. it is WAY more exciting (we like to do blind tasting menus) and 4. it kinda forces you to try new foods which pushes you out of your comfort zone!
Aidan turns 25 next week so I have been searching for the perfect little place to celebrate him! I came across Little Fish because I was specifically looking for places that offer tasting menus. Although Little Fish only does tasting menus on Sunday evenings (530p & 8p), the chef made an exception for us! The tasting menu consisted of 5 courses, the last being dessert (which let me tell you was SO freaking good– luckily for me Aidan isn’t really a huge dessert person so I got to have some of his too;-). The restaurant is tiny but cozy. There were twinkle lights along their windowsill where our table was! They had an open kitchen layout (my favorite, because you get to see for yourself that their kitchen is CLEAN). The staff was super friendly and I just loved the vibe in the restaurant! Everything tasted so fresh and we loved everything we got. If I had to choose, my favorite dish was the Branzino. The outside was crunchy but the inside was so tender it fell apart as you cut through it! Aidan’s favorite was the hamachi. He loves sashimi so he was excited when the waitress brought our first course out! Added bonus… it is BYOB! All in all, we had a really great experience, and I definitely highly recommend!
