The thickness is perfect so that you can actually eat it without feeling like youโve just made a smoothie soup bowl! Not only that, but this recipe has ZERO added sugar, and it is very simple and easy to remember for the next time!

1/2 c frozen mixed berries
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 c almond milk
