Pumpkin Pie Choc Chunk Sugar Cookies✨🎃🍫🍪

In charge of bringing dessert to thanksgiving??🦃🍰 You HAVE to make this easy recipe (20 mins tops!) that will give you a batch of fresh homemade pumpkin pie chocolate chunk sugar cookies!🎃 Mhm hm! Literally tastes like pumpkin pie in cookie form. 🍪 They taste best refrigerated, probably even better in the freezer. Dry Ingredients:
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
Pinch of salt!
1/3 c sugar

Wet Ingredients:
1/3 c pumpkin purée
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1/3 c chunky choc chips
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 c melted coconut oil

Steps:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients first. Mix well. Add wet ingredients, mix well again! Roll into balls & place on baking sheet greased with cooking spray. Lightly flatten with a fork and sprinkle with more sugar & pumpkin pie spice! Bake for 10 minutes— they will be a little doughy when you take them out but they will finish cooking as they cool! Makes about 16 cookies!
