Love you so matcha!🍵

Since the weather has been getting cooler I have been making more teas/lattes instead of smoothies. However, I woke up this morning needing an energy boost and decided to switch it up and make a matcha smoothie! This clean matcha smoothie has a ton of great benefits and is suuuper uplifting. Ever since finishing school I have been trying to ween myself off coffee which was tough at first but slowly switching to matcha has been one of the best decisions I have ever made! I don’t get that 2pm crash since matcha has natural caffeine. Matcha purifies the body & calms the mind✨. It helps with cognitive brain health, bone health & oral hygiene (so smile babes!).
