Clean Taco Bowls!🌮

Another easy, delicious meal! On Sunday’s Aidan and I each pick a dish that we will both meal prep together that will last us until Wednesday (so we don’t get sick of eating the same thing everyday). This week calls for a DE-LISH clean taco bowl🌮 & salad with baked chicken🥗🍗. I will post the recipe to my salad tomorrow! You know it’s filled with tons of yummy toppings! 😉

Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey 🦃
1 bell pepper
1 onion
1 c brown rice
1 c arugula
Toppings: cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, avocado, tzatziki, cracked black pepper, & sriracha drizzle! (If you don’t know me, I am totally a toppings girl!)

DIY Taco Seasoning: 🌮
4 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper

Steps:
Cook ground turkey on pan over medium high heat until brown. Sauté bell pepper and onion until fragrant. Add taco seasoning. Cook brown rice in rice cooker or follow box directions! In bowl, place bed of arugula down first, brown rice second, and ground turkey on top. Add toppings!✨ Aidan’s 3 Bean Salad!💁🏼‍♂️🥗makes a great topping as well!

Sour Cream Substitute: I use The Farm at Red Hill Tzatziki! It is a great substitute for sour cream. I love this brand because the ingredients are clean! I get mine from Whole Foods for $3.99. It also makes a great snack! I love dipping veggies in this tzatziki dip!
