Aidan’s 3 Bean Salad!💁🏼‍♂️🥗

Hey guys! Aidan here taking over for the night…. JK but, this really is HIS recipe.. Aidan LOVES beans. Me, not so much. BUT, this 3 bean salad is actually really good!😍 It is a great source of protein & fiber. Also, it only requires chopping (no cooking) which makes this extra good! We made a huge batch to meal prep for the week. This recipe produces 14+ servings so cut this recipe in half if you aren’t trying to make that much. This would make a great side dish🥗 to bring to a party or add to your tacos! 🌮

Ingredients:
1 can of black beans
1 can of pinto beans
1 can of red kidney beans
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 red onion
1 can of corn
2 limes
Optional (but not really): 1/4 c of cilantro

Steps:
Rinse & drain all beans and corn. Dice both bell peppers & red onion. Combine in bowl. Squeeze juice from limes. Mix gently so you don’t break the beans! Salt & pepper to taste! That’s it!
