Lemon Ginger Snap!✨

STOP✋🏼 overpaying for your wellness shots and make this one at home! Honestly, the hardest part for me was peeling the skin off the ginger (ginger roots are such odd shapes) but after that this recipe is CAKE🍰! I am thanking Whole Foods for the inspo because I am definitely guilty of indulging in their wellness shots every time I go! This recipe will give you 10+ shots & not break the bank! Make this now, and thank me later! 💁🏻

✨Ginger: anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antihistamine, & supports digestive health
🍋Lemon: boosts immunity, lemon is also alkaline which can help balance the pH in our body, & detoxifying 
🌶Cayenne Pepper: regulates blood sugar, improves blood flow, lowers blood pressure, antioxidant, aids digestion, anti-inflammatory, & boosts metabolism


Steps: Blend freshly peeled ginger root with 4 c of water. Strain into glass container. Add lemon juice from 1 lemon and 1 tsp of cayenne pepper. Voila! Shots for a week! (Shake container every time you take a wellness shot because cayenne settles at the bottom)
