Who doesn’t love a good smoothie bowl!? This one is definitely my new favorite. I never really got into açaí bowls, it was always a little to tart for me. Whenever I went out to a juice place to get a smoothie bowl I would always end up getting a green base because I was obsessed with the spinach/pineapple combo. It wasn’t until this past summer down the shore that I finally tried a pitaya bowl! Sure, the vibrant color was the first thing that attracted me to it but it really is as good as it looks! The other day while I was at Sprout’s I came across these easy frozen pitaya packets! GUYS I AM OBSESSED! It is the easiest way to make a smoothie bowl especially if you are on the go and don’t want to go through the hassle of mixing a little bit of this and little bit of that! The flavor has the perfect amount of tartness as well as subtle hints of sweetness! Highly recommend! 🤗
Ingredients
Smoothie Bowl
1 packet of pitaya plus (comes broken in three chunks for easy blending!)
1/2 c Almond milk
Optional: 1 scoop FurtherFood Collagen Peptides for that extra protein/energy boost 😉
Toppings: I am a huge toppings girl haha obviously you don’t have to go this overboard! But this is what I topped mine with this morning and it was de-lish!
